- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. white cooking wine
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- salt and pepper
- 4 chicken breasts
- 3/4 c. chopped celery
- mushrooms
- rice (cook as needed)
- bouillon cube (chicken)
- 1 small diced pepper
Directions

1Salt and pepper chicken. Brown in hot oil (2 tablespoons). Remove chicken from skillet. Blend flour, thyme and onion into drippings. Cook 2 minutes.

2Add wine, catsup and chicken (skin side down).

3Cover and cook 25 minutes. Add celery, pepper and mushrooms. Cook 15 minutes or until meat is tender.

4Prepare rice with chicken bouillon cube dissolved in water. Serve chicken on rice.
