- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup honey, plus
- 2 tablespoons honey, separated
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon hot water
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease 15x10inch baking pan.

3In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, and baking soda.

4Add oil, 1/4 cup honey and egg.

5Stir until combined.

6Stir in walnuts.

7Press into prepared pan using waxed paper or hands.

8Bake 18-20 minutes or till toothpick inserted comes out clean.

9In small bowl, combine powdered sugar, butter, vanilla, hot water and remaining 2 Tbsp honey.

10Beat until smooth.

11Spread over warm bars.

12Cool completely before cutting into bars.
