Layered Bean Dip

  • 2 medium cans refried beans
  • 1 large can chopped black olives
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 to 3 c. Cheddar, grated
  • 2 c. guacamole
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • taco seasoning mix

Directions

    In a 13 x 9-inch Pyrex pan, spread 2 cans refried beans.

    In mixing bowl, combine sour cream and taco mix, then spread mixture over beans.

    Top with layer of chopped green onions.

    Sprinkle on chopped black olives, guacamole (commercially prepared dip is fine) and diced tomato.

    Top with grated Cheddar cheese.

    Allow flavors to blend 1 to 2 hours.

    Serve with tortilla chips.
