  • 3 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 1 (12 oz.) can corn, drained
  • 1 (12 oz.) can peas, drained or 1 c. frozen peas
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 10 oz. frozen green beans
  • 2 medium onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 (1 lb.) can whole or crushed tomatoes (do not drain)
  • 1 Tbsp. instant beef broth
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano

    Grease a 4-quart casserole.

    Fill with layers of potatoes, corn, peas and beef.

    Sprinkle beef layer with beef broth, basil and oregano.

    Add layers of green beans, onions and tomatoes.

    Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
