  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 small flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 cup Touch of Philadelphia Shredded Creamy Mexicana Cheese
  • 2 cups tightly packed shredded lettuce
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
