- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 12 teaspoon sugar
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 12 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons chopped onions
- 6 ounces noodles, cooked & drained
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, cooked & well drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions

1In a large skillet, cook beef until brown - drain fat.

2Stir in tomato sauce, basil, sugar, garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste.

3Bring to boiling.

4Reduce heat & simmer uncovered 5 minutes.

5Combine sour cream, cream cheese, milk & onion.

6In a greased 2 quart casserole dish or 8x8x2 baking dish, layer 1/2 the noodles, 1/2 the meat, 1/2 the cream cheese mixture and all the spinach.

7Top with remaining noodles and meat.

8Chill remaining cream cheese mix.

9Cover, bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

10Spread with remaining cream cheese mixture and top with cheddar cheese.

11Bake uncovered 10 more minutes.
