- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 c. flour
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. whipped topping (reserve balance of large bowl)
- 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Cream and pat first three ingredients into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes; cool.

2Mix next 3 ingredients until creamy and spread on crust.

3Beat remaining 3 ingredients until thickened and spread on top.

4Spread rest of whipped topping on top and sprinkle with crushed nuts.

5Chill for a few hours in refrigerator.
