  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. whipped topping (reserve balance of large bowl)
  • 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Cream and pat first three ingredients into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes; cool.

    Mix next 3 ingredients until creamy and spread on crust.

    Beat remaining 3 ingredients until thickened and spread on top.

    Spread rest of whipped topping on top and sprinkle with crushed nuts.

    Chill for a few hours in refrigerator.
