- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 3/4 c. margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 pkg. instant pudding
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 large container Cool Whip
Directions

1Blend flour, 3/4 cup chopped nuts and margarine in mixer.

2Pat in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350°. Cool.

4Whip together the cream cheese and powdered sugar.

5Add 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip; spread over first layer.

6Mix pudding according to package, using only 3 cups milk.

7Spread over second layer.
-
8Top with Cool Whip.

9Sprinkle with nuts.

10Chill.
