- 1 lb. hamburger meat
- 1 small can mild enchilada sauce
- Velveeta cheese slices
- 8 to 10 flour tortillas
- cumin to taste
- salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
Directions

1Cook green peppers and onion in a small amount of oil.

2Add hamburger; cook.

3Drain meat before adding cumin powder and salt. Pour enchilada sauce in saucepan and heat.

4Dip tortillas in sauce and layer tortillas, meat and Velveeta slices.

5Pour any remaining sauce over layers and heat.
