Layered Lemon-Grape Buttons

  • 2/3 cup boiling water
  • 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
  • JELL-O EGG JIGGLERS Egg Mold
  • 3 seedless grapes, quartered
  • 2 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

    Add boiling water to gelatin mix in bowl; stir 2 min.

    until completely dissolved.

    Spray inside of solid mold half with cooking spray; place on tray.

    (Top half of mold, with holes, will not be filled.)

    Spoon 1 tsp.

    gelatin into each prepared mold; top with 2 grape pieces.

    Refrigerate 20 min.

    Whisk sour cream into remaining gelatin; spoon over gelatin in mold.

    Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.

    Turn molds over, then shake gently to remove egg halves.
