- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz.) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 c. white confectioners deluxe baking pieces
- 1 Tbsp. peppermint extract
- 1 drop green food coloring (optional)
Directions

1In heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips with 1 cup condensed milk.

2Add vanilla.

3Spread half the mixture into wax paper-lined 9-inch pan.

4Chill 10 minutes or until firm.

5Hold remaining chocolate mixture at room temperature.

6In saucepan, over low heat, melt white pieces with remaining milk.

7Mixture will be thick.

8Add peppermint extract and food coloring; stir.

9Spread on chilled chocolate layer.

10Chill 10 minutes longer or until firm. Spread reserved chocolate mixture on top.

11Chill 2 hours or until firm.
