- 2 cups uncooked Minute Rice
- 14 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 12 cup light ricotta cheese or 12 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 (24 ounce) jarprepared marinara sauce or 1 (24 ounce) jar pasta sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 8 slices ham
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F Prepare rice according to package directions.

2Stir in the Parmesan cheese; reserve.

3Stir the spinach with the ricotta cheese, milk and garlic until combined, reserve.

4Spoon 1/4 cup of the marinara sauce into a greased 8-inch square baking dish.

5Gently press half of the rice into the baking dish in an even layer; sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.

6Spread half of the spinach mixture over the cheee.

7Top with half of the ham slices, overlapping as needed.

8Spoon half of the remaining marinara sauce over the ham.

9Repeat the layers, ending with the sauce.

10Sprinkle evenly with remaining cheese.

11Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
