- 3 seedless cucumbers
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 14 cup lemon juice
- 14 cup sugar
- 1 -2 teaspoon white vinegar
- toasted sesame seeds
Directions

1Peel cucumbers slice thin into a large bowl, sprinkle with salt and mix well.

2Set aside for 45 minutes.

3Put cucumbers in a strainer and squeeze as much liquid as possible out.

4Discard liquid.

5Mix lemon juice, sugar, and white vinegar, add cucumbers.

6Chill.

7Garnish salad with toasted sesame seeds.
