  • 4 large carrots, sliced and cooked
  • 6 squash, cooked
  • 8 crumbled saltines
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, pinched into small pieces
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 grated onion
  • 1 beaten egg
  • dots of butter

    Arrange in layers:

    Carrots and 4 crumbled saltines. 2nd Layer:

    cream cheese. 3rd Layer:

    Mix squash with can of cream of chicken soup and spread over cream cheese. 4th Layer: Grated onion and beaten egg. 5th Layer:

    4 crumbled saltines, dots of butter on top.

    Bake in 350° oven for 40 minutes.
