- 1 1/2 lb. round steak, tenderized
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- water
- 2 medium green peppers, cut in strips
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
Directions

1Cut steak in small strips and brown in oil, turning often. Stir in onion soup mix and 2 cups water.

2Cover and simmer 30 minutes.

3Stir in peppers; cover and simmer 10 minutes.

4Blend cornstarch with 1/2 cup water.

5Stir into meat mixture.

6Cook until thickened.

7Serve with cooked rice or mashed potatoes.
