- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
- 1 c. raw rice
- 2 lb. cabbage firmly sliced
- 2 cans tomato soup (10-3/4 oz. each)
- 2 cans water
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute meat until browned.

2Drain off fat.

3Add onion soup mix and rice to meat.

4Stir well.

5Put cabbage in large casserole dish.

6Add salt and pepper.

7Spread meat mixture over cabbage. Mix water and tomato soup together and pour over the meat and cabbage.

8Cover and bake at 325° for 1 hour and 45 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
