Lazy Day Lasagna

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 large pkg. cottage cheese
  • 1 (16 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu sauce
  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned
  • onion salt
  • garlic powder
  • oregano
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Boil noodles as directed.

    Add browned beef to Ragu and season to taste with onion salt, garlic powder and oregano.

    Use a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan (spray with cooking spray).

    Layer noodles, 1/2 cottage cheese, 1/2 Ragu mix and 1/2 sliced Mozzarella cheese. Save a little Ragu mix for top of layers after repeating layers. Top with all the shredded Mozzarella and bake in a 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes.

    Broil cheese on top if desired.
