- 1 lb. ground beef (raw)
- 1 large onion
- 1 large green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 pt. cottage cheese or Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 large jar prepared spaghetti sauce
- 1 lb. lasagna noodles (uncooked)
- 2 cans sliced mushrooms
- garlic powder and Parmesan cheese to taste
Directions

1Layer in this order (everything uncooked), lasagna noodles, 1/2 pound hamburger, cottage cheese or Ricotta, onion, pepper, mushrooms, Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 jar spaghetti sauce.

2Repeat these steps again.

3*Cover pan with foil.

4Bake at 350° for 90 minutes.
