- 1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu garden style spaghetti sauce
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. country style sausage
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 3 c. (24 oz.) cream-style cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 2 eggs
- approximately 15 lasagne noodles (uncooked)
Directions

1Mix together cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, parsley flakes and eggs.

2Brown beef and sausage; drain.

3Add spaghetti sauce plus 2 1/2 cups water.

4Put 1/2 sauce on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

5Spread evenly.

6Top with about half of noodles, overlapping slightly.

7Spread half of cottage cheese mixture over noodles.

8Sprinkle with about a third of Mozzarella cheese.

9Repeat layers as follows:

101 1/2 cups sauce, remaining noodles, remaining cottage cheese, another third of Mozzarella, remaining sauce and remaining cheese.

11Seal tightly with foil and place on cookie sheet (makes a large batch and tends to run over).

12Bake 1 hour at 350°. Let stand a few minutes before cutting.
