Lazy Pickled Cauliflower

  • 2 cups cauliflower
  • 2 cups pickled juice, from Vlasic hot jalapeno slices (Vlasic is our favorite)
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeno, from the jar for good measure (optional)

Directions

    1. chop cauliflower into bite, or finger food size pieces.

    2. pack into clean glass jar.

    3. fill to cover with the pickled juice.

    4. let set in fridge for 2-3 or so days.
