  • 1 envelope dried beefy onion soup
  • 1 to 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 1 1/2 lb. stew meat, cubed
  • 1/2 can water
  • 1/2 c. sour cream

Directions

    Mix soups and water, then mix with meat.

    Bake, covered, at 275° for 3 to 4 hours.

    Stir in second can of soup if cooked noodles are added.

    Stir in 1/2 cup sour cream just before serving.

    Serve over rice or noodles.
