- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. reconstituted instant nonfat dry milk
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix egg, milk and melted margarine. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients with a beater until all ingredients are moistened (batter may be lumpy).

2Pour onto a lightly oiled griddle, using 1/4 cup for each pancake.

3Cook until pancakes are puffed and bubbly. Turn and cook until nicely browned on both sides.
