- 6 Tbsp. light corn oil spread
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. frozen egg substitute, thawed
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Spray 8-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray.

3In pot, over low heat, melt spread.

4Add sugar and blend well.

5Remove from heat, stir in cocoa and vanilla.

6Add egg substitute and stir to blend.

7Stir in flour and nuts.

8Pour into prepared pan.

9Bake for 25 minutes or until edges begin to pull away from sides of pan.

10Cool in pan.

11Sprinkle top of brownies with powdered sugar.
