  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 3 Tbsp. alum
  • food coloring
  • cloves, peppermint, lemon, etc. flavorings and spices for fragrance

    Cook all ingredients together until mixture clumps together and turns translucent.

    Turn onto cabinet and knead some flour into it.

    Oil of cloves, peppermint or lemon may be added for fragrance.

    This recipe keeps well and is good for a group of 4 to 6 children.
