- 1 medium leek, thinly sliced
- 1/2 chopped sweet red pepper
- 1 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
- 1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 c. milk
- 3 beaten egg yolks
- 1 c. shredded Provolone or Swiss cheese
- 3 egg whites
Directions

1In a large saucepan, cook leek and red pepper in hot margarine for 4 minutes.

2Combine the milk and cornmeal; add to saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is very thick and pulls away from sides of pan.

3Remove from heat.
