  • 5 leeks
  • 5 potatoes (bite-size pieces)
  • 3 cans Swanson chicken broth (low-sodium)

Directions

    Cut off roots and dark green leaves of leeks.

    Chop white and pale green portions of leeks.

    Saute leeks in Dutch oven until limp.

    Add broth and potatoes.
