- 4 slices bacon
- 4 to 5 potatoes
- 2 leeks, diced
- 5 chicken bouillon cubes
- 5 c. water
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 onion, diced
Directions

1Dice and fry 4 slices of bacon until brown.

2Leave bacon and grease in pan and add 2-inch diced onion and 2 diced leeks. Saute 5 minutes.

3Take off heat and add 2 tablespoons flour and stir. Add 5 cups hot water with dissolved bouillon cube in each cup. Add 4 to 5 medium potatoes, diced.

4Cook until potatoes are cooked.

5Add sour cream with egg yolks beaten in with fork.

6Add this mixture to soup, but first slowly add soup by the tablespoon to sour cream and yolks to prevent curdling.

7Then add to soup. Garnish with parsley.
