- 3 c. broth
- 3 thinly sliced leeks
- 1 c. thinly sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1 c. semolina pasta
Directions

1Saute the leeks and mushrooms in olive oil.

2When soft, add to broth.

3Boil for 10 minutes and add white wine.

4Add pasta and simmer until cooked, approximately 7 to 10 minutes.

5Serve and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
