Leek Soup

  • 2 c. leeks
  • 2 c. zucchini squash
  • 2 c. potatoes
  • 2 cans chicken broth

Directions

    Chop vegetables and add to chicken broth. Cook until tender. Put in blender or food processor on puree. Heat and serve. Good with a spoon full of sour cream on top.
