- 5 lb. potatoes
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. sweet cream
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- flour (about 4 c.)
Directions

1Boil potatoes and put through ricer or mash fine.

2Add margarine, cream and salt; mix well.

3Cool overnight.

4Next morning, put through ricer again.

5Mix half of the potato mixture with 1 1/2 to 2 cups flour.

6Form into balls.

7Roll very thin. Bake on grill until small brown spots appear.

8Turn and bake. Cover with towel to keep soft, then continue with other half of mixture.
