- 1/2 c. vegetable shortening
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. skim milk
- 1 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Mix first 5 ingredients together when warm.

2Cool and add flour.

3Make into round balls and roll thin on floured board.

4Bake on ungreased griddle at 400°.

5When done on one side, flip and cook on remaining side.
