- 8 c. potatoes, mashed or riced
- 8 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 4 c. flour (scant)
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1 heaping Tbsp. salt
Directions

1In a large bowl, mix together cooled potatoes, cream and butter.

2Mix well. Add salt and flour (just enough to make dough easy to handle).

3Roll out thin on floured board.

4Bake on a 500° lefse griddle.

5Turn and bake on the other side.

6Makes 30 lefse.
