  • 8 c. mashed potatoes
  • 8 heaping Tbsp. butter
  • 4 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. whipping cream (not whipped)
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Roll thin and fry on griddle until flecks of brown, then flip lefse over and bake on other side.

    Lay on towel and cover. Sprinkle water on towel to keep it damp.

    Refrigerate when done. Put wax paper between.
