- 8 heaping Tbsp. butter
- 4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. whipping cream (not whipped)
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Roll thin and fry on griddle until flecks of brown, then flip lefse over and bake on other side.

2Lay on towel and cover. Sprinkle water on towel to keep it damp.

3Refrigerate when done. Put wax paper between.
