- 5 large potatoes
- 1/2 c. sweet cream (I use half and half)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- flour to roll thin (about 2 1/4 c.)
Directions

1Boil potatoes, mash very fine and add cream, butter and salt. Beat until light and cool.

2Add flour.

3Take piece of dough and roll as for pie crust, rolling as thin as possible.

4Bake on top of grill (one at a time), until light brown, turning frequently, to prevent scorching.

5Use very hot griddle or in 12-inch skillet (475°).
