  • 2 lb. sausage (mild, hot or 1 lb. each)
  • 10 slices bread
  • 10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 10 eggs
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 4 c. milk

    Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Cook sausage until done.

    Drain sausage.

    Tear bread up and put in bottom of pan.

    Then layer sausage, cheese, sausage and cheese.

    Mix eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard and pour over sausage and cheese.

    Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
