- 2 lb. sausage (mild, hot or 1 lb. each)
- 10 slices bread
- 10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
- 10 eggs
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 4 c. milk
Directions

1Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.

2Cook sausage until done.

3Drain sausage.

4Tear bread up and put in bottom of pan.

5Then layer sausage, cheese, sausage and cheese.

6Mix eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard and pour over sausage and cheese.

7Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
