  • 1 (9-inch) deep frozen pie crust
  • 3 c. leftover meat, shredded
  • 1/2 can medium brown beef gravy
  • 1 pkg. frozen, cooked mixed vegetables, drained
  • 2 boiled potatoes, sliced thin
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Prick bottom and sides of pie crust. Combine meat, gravy, vegetables and potatoes and place in crust. Cover with Cheddar cheese.

    Bake for 30 minutes.
