Ingredients
- 2 c. leftover turkey, chicken or ham, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 can cream of chicken soup or 1 c. leftover gravy
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. leftover veggies or 1 can mixed veggies
- 1 baked potato, diced, or leftover stuffing (optional)
- 1 already pie crust
Directions

1In large skillet, put vegetable oil, celery and onion.

2Saute until crisp-tender.

3Add diced meat, heat and stir.

4Add veggies and optional stuffing or potato.

5Stir in cream of chicken soup or the gravy.

6Heat through, stirring often.

7Turn into a pie plate. Place pie crust on top.

8Flute the edges.

9Put a few small slits on top of crust to vent.

10Bake at 375° for 35 minutes.
