- 1 cup stuffing leftover
- 1/4 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil or canola oil, or any vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons parsley leaves freshly chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 24 each mushrooms, button caps
- 1 x parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated for sprinkling on top
- 1 x olive oil for drizzling on top
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375F (190C) degree.

2Combine leftover stuffing, grated parmesan, olive oil and chopped parsley, garlic clove in a large bowl until well mixed.

3Stuff into button mushroom caps.

4Top with more parmesan and drizzle with more olive oil.

5Bake 20 to 25 minutes until cheese is melted and heat through.

6Cool for a few minutes and serve warm.
