  • 1 to 1 1/2-inch thick slices of Italian bread
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • turkey gravy (leftover or canned)
  • 3/4 c. chopped onions
  • 3/4 c. chopped mushrooms
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • leftover turkey, cubed

    Scoop out bread, leaving 1/2-inch on sides and bottom.

    Brush with melted butter on top and sides of bread.
