- 1 angel food cake or Lemon Chiffon Cake
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon-flavored Jell-O
- 1 (6 oz.) can lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut
Directions

1Pour boiling water on Jell-O; stir until dissolved. Refrigerate until jelled but not set.

2Add enough cold water to lemonade concentrate to measure 2 cups.

3Stir into Jell-O; beat until foamy, fold in whipping cream.
