  • 1 whole Fresh Lemon, Zest And Juice
  • 2 whole Haas Avocados, Pitted, Flesh Removed
  • 1- 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 20 ounces, weight Loaf Italian Bread

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

    Zest lemon and set aside.

    Place avocado into a mixing bowl.

    Add lemon juice, salt, black pepper and thoroughly mix to combine.

    Cut ends off bread (about 2 inches) and slice fairly thin.

    Coat each slice with avocado mixture and place on nonstick baking sheets.

    Bake several minutes until lightly toasted.

    Remove from oven, add lemon zest, plate and enjoy!
