- 1 lb. haddock fillet
- 1 tsp. melted butter
- 4 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
- pinch of salt, pepper and rosemary
Directions

1Thaw fish if frozen.

2Preheat oven to 350°.

3Divide fish into 6 servings.

4Place in single layer in baking dish.

5Mix butter, lemon juice, rind and seasonings.

6Pour over fish and bake 25 minutes.
