  • 2 each lemon balm handfuls, tightly packed
  • 2 quarts water
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 each ginger ale large bottle

Directions

    Wash leaves.

    Put in 2 quarts water; bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes.

    Steep for 20 minutes and strain leaves.

    Combine lemon juice and water, mix well.

    Combine tea, lemonade, and ginger ale.

    Sweeten to taste.

    Garnish with ice cubes made with lemonade, small slice of lemon, and 1 lemon balm leaf.
