  • 3/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice

    Cut butter into flour mixture with a pastry blender or fork, until resembles coarse meal.

    Spoon flour mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until crust is slightly browned.
