- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. lemon juice

1Combine 2 cups flour and 1/2

4Cut butter into flour mixture with a pastry blender or fork, until resembles coarse meal.

5Spoon flour mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

6Press firmly with fingertips.

7Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until crust is slightly browned.

8Cool.
