- 1 c. butter (not softened)
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 c. + 4 Tbsp. flour
- pinch of salt
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Mix together butter, powdered sugar, 2 cups flour and salt like pie crust.

2Pat into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

3Combine eggs, sugar, remaining flour (4 tablespoons) and lemon juice.

4Pour over crust and bake another 20 minutes at 350°. Let cool; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
