- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- dash of salt
Directions

1Cream together first 3 ingredients.

2Pat into 6 x 8-inch baking pan.

3Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

4Mix remaining ingredients together.

5Pour over crust.

6Bake for 20 minutes.

7Cool, slice and sprinkle or roll in additional 10x sugar.
