  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. margarine or butter
  • 2 c. granulated sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice (1 jumbo or 1 1/2 small lemons)
  • 4 eggs

Directions

    Mix flour, powdered sugar and margarine like for pie crust; press into 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 325° until light brown for 15 to 20 minutes.
