  • 1 box lemon supreme cake mix
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (1 lb.) box confectioners sugar
  • 3 eggs

Directions

    Mix the first 4 ingredients well until mixture forms a ball. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix the last 3 ingredients; pour over first mixture.

    Bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 325°.
