- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1/3 c. oil
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Mix cake mix, oil and 1 egg until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup. Pat remainder into a 13 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Mix cream cheese, sugar, 1 egg and lemon juice until light and fluffy (3 to 4 minutes). Pour over baked layer. Crumble the reserved mixture over the top. Bake another 15 minutes at 350°.
