- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- dash of salt
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. plain flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix first 3 ingredients together. Spread in 8 x 8-inch ungreased pan and bake for 20 minutes.

3Mix next 4 ingredients.

4Add flour and baking powder to mixture. Pour this over crust and bake for 25 minutes.

5Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar while warm.

6Cut into 1 or 2-inch bars when cold.
